The Strategic Business Development Program is a program that gives access to business resources and support vulnerable populations. Vulnerable populations are identified as women, returning citizens, prisoners, persons with diminished mental capacity, domestic violence programs, and those who are educationally or economically, racially or ethnically disadvantaged.

Register for the Program. Then, sign up for a Member account (top right corner on the Home page) to access free courses on the site. You must complete the registration and create a member account for approval.
